A family team

Teelia Peploe is the Director of Care Services with over 20 years industry experience, following in the footsteps of her mother Rhonda Peploe who founded CHC in 1968.

Teelia is passionate about innovation in the aged care sector. 

She believes all Australians should be supported to age well in their own homes within the context of supportive and social communities. 

Gayle Reilly - Manager Care Services. Registered nurse with nearly 20 years aged care experience.   

Gayle is passionate about the elderly and assisting them to remain in their own homes with support that is required & important to them. It is all about early intervention & restoring health. It is a rewarding job.   

Gabbie Jones - Home Care Co-ordinator.

She is passionate about make a meaningful life for clients with Dementia.

Ed Wilson is a Director of St Louis Estate Home Care with responsibility for business and financial management.  Ed has 7 years experience in aged care and retirement villages and 20 years financial experience.  He is the Chair of the LASA WA Retirement Village advisory group.
